Welcome to the Heather Dalton racing website. In which we will give you an insight into the daily life at Helshaw Grange.

Here at Helshaw,  we pride ourselves on giving every horse the attention it needs to thrive and flourish during their racing career.

Helshaw Grange has room for over forty horses and uses internal American barns and traditional external loose boxes to ensure all stabling requirements are met. Horses are turned out on a daily basis, which is particularly important to ensure a stress free training enviroment.

Heather has held a dual-purpose licence for eight seasons. Previously she enjoyed a very successful time training point to pointers, proving her ability by passing the 150-winner mark. She  gained experience working for trainers such as Nadine Smith, Richard Lee, John Edwards and Paul Kelleway before being granted her own licence to train under rules in 2000.
