Sole Ownership
This is the most common and straightforward form of ownership. 

You own the horse outright and are closely involved with Heather in all the decisions regarding your horse.

You are responsible for the training and additional fees; whilst also, hopefully, enjoying all the profits.

The horse will run in your chosen colours, with your name appearing in race cards, national press and on television as the owner when it runs.

 You may also be able to name your horse.

Joint Ownership
This can involve anything from two to twelve people owning a horse.

 The horse can run in either a joint ownership name or in the name of just one of the joint owners.

Obviously costs are reduced and ideally one member of the partnership should be given as a point of contact for Heather.

Corporate Ownership
Increasingly popular, corporate ownership offers companies a great way of raising your business profile with your company name appearing in race cards, national press and television as the owner of your horse.

It may be possible to name the horse after your company, a superb way to take advantage of advertising to possibly millions of people. 

This style of ownership also offers an ideal way to entertain clients or reward staff with a day out at the races.

Racing Partnerships
Partnerships can involve anything from two to twenty people; however two must become, or already be, registered owners.

The horse would run in the Partnership name.

Racing Syndicates
Syndicates offer the lowest cost of racehorse involvement

They can be of various differing sizes and types, and the costs vary accordingly.

Syndicates can choose their own name and colours and usually have an appointed person to be the contact for Heather.

Reclaimable VAT Scheme
Since the yard is sponsored by Racedays all our owners have the advantage of being able to claim back any VAT paid on horse purchases and training expenses.
